WK Health System Patient Guide circa 2000

Description

Over the years, the patient guides to WK medical and health centers have changed.  They have been refined and fine-tuned as times and locations changed. 

 The system has grown from one to four facilities.  Stays in hospitals have shortened.  Smoking once a cliche in the maternity waiting room is gone. A Patient Bill of Rights and Responsibilities are included in the patient guide. 

The guide is now larger with more colorful illustrations.  What has remains the same is the commitment to continuously improve the health and wellbeing of the people we serve
